A Comprehensive Guide to Total Fitness

Choose one of our four transformation programs designed to kickstart your individual wellness journey. Led by our expert Avant Pharmacy Wellness Coach, each program spans 14 weeks and is aimed at reducing body fat and increasing lean muscle while improving your health! With the aid of technology, we track how much lean muscle you are gaining while also losing unhealthy weight. Weekly and monthly check-ins are geared towards keeping weight loss and fitness goals on track. Throughout the program, there is an opportunity to earn up to $35 of fitness credits for every week you achieve your goals. This can amount to earning up to $420 of fitness credit (only 12 weeks are eligible). Here at Avant Pharmacy and Wellness our mission is to not only provide the tools needed to achieve your fitness goals but to also empower you with the knowledge to sustain lifelong wellness. After completing this program, you will be equipped to independently develop diet and exercise routines to sustain and improve upon your progress.

Begin your journey with workouts designed to increase strength, build muscle, and burn fat. These workouts have been expertly designed by a team of exercise physiologists, medical doctors, and fitness enthusiasts. Backed by passion and science! This program gives you FULL ACCESS to all of the on-demand workouts and schedules. Select various workout schedules or construct your own on-demand workout plans and set your own goals whether it's getting stronger in the gym, continuing to move at home or improving your mobility. This program takes the guess work out of working out, while keeping you in charge of your own wellness. This program also includes nutrition, hydration, and activity tracking! Just as your body and health will change and evolve, this programs features, workouts, and resources will also continue to evolve and improve to meet your goals and needs.

The Gold Tier program is a 1-on-1 personalized 14-week weight-loss program. You will be provided with a personalized diet plan that focuses on calorie control and protein intake to aid weight loss and address specific health concerns such as managing blood sugar levels and enhancing overall well-being. Additionally, a tailored fitness regimen is crafted to challenge your body, fostering sustainable muscle growth and increased mobility. The program features monthly body scans to monitor changes in body composition, muscle mass, and fat percentage. Expert recommendations for supplements will be offered to complement the diet, supporting fat burning, energy levels, and muscle development. Continuous support is guaranteed through monthly follow-up appointments, ensuring progress tracking and necessary adjustments are made.
