Choose one of our four transformation programs designed to kickstart your individual wellness journey. Led by our expert Avant Pharmacy Wellness Coach, each program spans 14 weeks and is aimed at reducing body fat and increasing lean muscle while improving your health! With the aid of technology, we track how much lean muscle you are gaining while also losing unhealthy weight. Weekly and monthly check-ins are geared towards keeping weight loss and fitness goals on track. Throughout the program, there is an opportunity to earn up to $35 of fitness credits for every week you achieve your goals. This can amount to earning up to $420 of fitness credit (only 12 weeks are eligible).
